1. Introduction: ECOM GLOBAL STORE provides a digital store platform to vendors for drop shipping products in India. This platform is offered free of cost, with no initial investment required.

2. Services Provided by ECOM GLOBAL STORE:
- Dedicated portal for vendors
- Technical and customer support
- Promotion of products on social media and other marketing platforms
- Order allocation to vendors
- Shipment handling
- Product warranty and guarantee liability

3. Vendor Responsibilities:
- Complete orders accepted through the platform
- Purchase products from suppliers, dealers, or manufacturers at the best price through the portal
- Earn profit and commission
- Utilize own strategies to maximize profit

3.1 Order Fulfillment Obligations:
- Either you have to accept the order or swipe to other vendors. Otherwise, 2.5% of total order value will be charged from your wallet as penalty fees.
Failure to fulfill 10 orders in a single day constitutes a material breach, resulting in:
- Immediate termination of Vendor ID
- Forceful closure of digital store
- Vendor liable for all losses incurred

3.2 Accepted Order Non-Completion:
- If you have failed to submit the order in required timeframe then 20% of total order value will be charged from your wallet as penalty fees.
If a vendor accepts an order and willfully fails to complete it, repeated instances (exceeding 5) will trigger:
- Force majeure termination of vendor store
- Vendor responsible for indemnifying all losses
- Potential initiation of legal proceedings.

3.3 Compliance Warning:
Strict adherence to these terms is mandatory. Non-compliance will invite severe consequences. Vendors are expected to maintain highest standards of performance and integrity.

4. Restrictions:
- No use of third-party tools
- Confidential data protection (vendor and company information)
- Non-disclosure of sensitive information

5. Payment Terms:
- Platform fee: 1.39% on every successful order (as per government rules)
- Daily withdrawals of profit
- Withdrawal Policy:
- Withdrawals available 24/7
- One withdrawal per 24 hours for the entire wallet balance
- Payment transfer takes 45 minutes after request submission

5.1 Withdrawal Process Requirements: To process withdrawals, vendors must complete the following:
- Account details
- UPI ID
- Aadhaar
- PAN
- Full KYC
Non-GST vendors: Submit MSME Certificate (Udyam Registration Certificate) issued by the Indian Government.
Payout Notice: Bank payee name must match KYC user name. Non-matching accounts may result in payout cancellation or query rejection.
Ensure all documents are submitted for smooth withdrawals.

6. Profit Crediting:
- Prepaid Orders: Instant profit after order completion
- Postpaid Orders: Profit credited after 48 hours

7. Order Cancellations and Returns:
- Cancellations: Profit amount auto-deducted from wallet
- Returns: Company liable for product returns

8. Intellectual Property:
- ECOM GLOBAL STORE retains ownership of the platform, logo, and branding

9. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
- Terms and conditions apply until termination

10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law

11. Applicable Policies:
- All other applicable policies i.e., Privacy, Refund, Shipping, etc. are available at our website homepage.
